Donald Armstrong
Donald Armstrong, Senior Consultant for Worldwide Call Centers, has
been serving clients in the call center industry for over 30 years and joined Worldwide in
the Fall of 2008.
Following military service during Vietnam, Don earned a BS degree at San Jose State
College. Mr. Armstrong joined DialAmerica in the early 70's as a Branch Manager
Trainee. After relocating on 6 occasions around the US to open and manage branch
facilities, he accepted a promotion and another relocation to DialAmerica's Corporate
Headquarters in New Jersey to head up the Northeast Region of Call Centers. In the
mid 90's, Don moved into New Business Development, essentially focusing on the Western half
of the country, basing himself in Phoenix, AZ.
He has extensive experience with many industries such as financial services, publishing,
consumer goods, telecom, high tech, automobile industry, extended service contracts, and
cause related marketing.
