Matthew C. Ahlers
Matthew C. Ahlers, the Founder and President of Worldwide Call Centers,
has over 20 years of experience in the call center outsourcing and direct marketing
industry. Mr. Ahlers graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mankato State University (MN)
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Finance, and Computer Science. Mr.
Ahlers has held upper management positions with Teleservices agencies ranging in size from
30 to 1000 workstations.
Past experience includes management of successful Sales, Lead Generation, Database
Management, Ordertaking, E-Commerce & CRM campaigns with special emphasis on assisting
customers with limited outsourcing experience. As President of Worldwide, Mr. Ahlers
has been involved in over 450 campaigns and outsourced revenue in excess of $375
million. He has been a member of the American Telemarketing Association, the American
Marketing Association, and the Direct Marketing Association.
