This Terms of Use Agreement governs your use of any of Worldwide Call Centers family of
websites. By using the said websites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with our
Terms of Use Policy, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. Failure to do so
constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these
Terms of Use.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and
conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective
immediately upon being posted on website. Your continued use of our services after
amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and its
modifications.
Our Services
Worldwide Call Centers Inc. is a call center outsourcing consulting company. We assist in
analyzing the needs of each client and then initiate contact with the best 3-5 call centers
for client’s specific application or campaign. Potential clients are given the opportunity
to submit requests for quotes in various areas of our websites. Worldwide Call Centers will
make every effort to accommodate said requests in a timely and confidential way.
Your Request
Client should provide current, complete, and accurate information about your business when
completing a request for quotes. Worldwide Call Centers, Inc. consultants review each
request placed through our family of websites to ensure its validity and respond in as
timely a fashion as possible. We cannot guarantee that our consultants will be able to
provide quotes for every request we receive or that agencies within the Worldwide Network
of Agencies who do respond to your request can meet all of your requirements. We reserve
the right to reject any request, for any reason or no reason, including, without
limitation.
By submitting a request for quotes, you agree to allow us to share the information you
provide to us within our call center agencies.
Your contact information will then be retained by us, however, except as set forth
herein and in our Privacy Policy, we will not sell your
information to any third parties. You may also receive communications from us
to confirm your request, provide feedback or provide more information as
deemed necessary.

Worldwide Call Centers, Inc. makes every effort to ensure that we are dealing with
reputable and professional agencies.

Our websites may include links to other sites or resources for your convenience. You
acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on
or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster
for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content

Governing Jurisdiction
Our business is operated and provided in the State of South Dakota. As such, we are subject
to the laws of the State of South Dakota, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use,
without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our
websites or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in all locations.
Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal
laws of the State of South Dakota. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in South Dakota with respect to any disputes.
Termination

discretion, change, suspend, or terminate, temporarily or permanently, our websites or any

Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable
for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be
affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You
agree that this Terms of Use Policy and any other agreements referenced herein may be
assigned by Worldwide Call Centers Inc., in our sole discretion, to a third party in the
event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to,
and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your
participation as a User of our website.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to or will create any form of partnership,
joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. You may not assign these

Call Centers Inc. The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged
and agreed to by such party in writing. If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any
provision of these Terms of Use to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of
Use will continue in full force and effect.
